The Practice

Dr. Pham named her first private practice “Crest Optometry” after her apartment building in Manhattan while attending optometry school. The Crest is on the famous Wall St and housed quite a few optometry students. It was home for a lot of amazing people and wonderful memories were created. Dr. Pham wanted her private practice to be her second home and a place where one day her colleagues will reunite and work together again.

The office is in a medical plaza located in a quaint up and coming neighborhood off The Alameda. It’s 4 blocks from the HP Pavilion, home of the San Jose Sharks and steps away from Crema Coffee Roasting Company and Chipotle.
